Two Bobs Bakery
Owned by partners Nikki and Rob, Two Bobs Bakery opened their doors in Nelson Bay late last year and have been selling out of their delicious sourdough ever since! After meeting in London over fourteen years ago, the duo worked under renowned celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay in starting his international restaurants. They’ve since brought their skills to the Hunter to raise their two boys and build something of their own. Nikki and Rob hand-shape their sourdough every day from their own recipes, creating unique and authentic tasting loafs, buns and baguettes freshly delivered to our market!

Lisa Lowry has been making her own kombucha and chimichurri for over five years now, and officially launched her Fermented Sista brand at our markets in 2019! Lisa grew up with fermented foods through her Latvian heritage, but her passion was reignited when she discovered the health benefits they provide herself and her son. Fermented Sista’s small batch kombucha is made with a combination of black and green tea, making the taste lighter and smoother than other kombuchas while enhancing its antioxidants. Lisa’s range of gut healthy goods will soon be joined by kimchi and sauerkraut, coming soon!
